Rik has been cycling for 35+ years, and mountain biking for 25 of them. He has designed and built many of the trails on Drumlanrig estate, including the technical red and black routes. He has also worked on some of the best-loved bike trails and skills parks around Scotland including; Comrie Croft near Crieff, Mabie forest, Forest of Ae and more! Staff at the Bike Shed are happy to offer advice to new and experienced riders.
