Kildermorie Estate is a remote but accessible traditional Scottish Highland Estate in Ross-shire and is open throughout the year. With a generous 19,000 acres to explore on Kildermorie Estate, 3,700 acres at Baledigle and 530 acres at Creagan Breaca, there is something for everyone.

Kildermorie Estate has hills, lochs and rivers. Loch Morie is approximately 3.5 km (2.2 miles) long and offers fishing for salmon, brown and sea trout, arctic charr and the elusive ferox trout. Close by the lodge is the River Glasa which runs into Loch Morie, from which it flows to the sea as the River Alness. The estate owns a 1.3km (0.8 mile) beat of the River Alness which is accessed from the road entering Kildermorie Estate.
