Located in the beautiful Isle of Harris, wedged between the mountains and the sea, The Scaladale Centre is a hostel and outdoor centre, owned by the Lewis and Harris Youth Club Association. Whatever your age or ability, we can tailor a mini adventure, activity session, day, or holiday, for you or your group or family.

Explore the beautiful coasts of Harris with one of our experienced kayak coaches. Encounters with seals and porpoise are very likely. If you are very lucky you might even glimpse an otter! Venues vary according to weather conditions and your prior experience. Beginners welcome.
